executive coaching for creatives and founders
you know how to deliver in the room.
you know how to think strategically, lead complex work, and communicate ideas that move people.
But somewhere between high performance and constant pressure, many leaders realize:
They’re excellent in prepared settings but struggle in spontaneous ones
They overthink interpersonal dynamics
Their anxiety shows up most around visibility, leadership, or communication
They’ve outgrown tactical coaching and need deeper development
They want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and ease - without becoming someone else
that’s where this work begins.
the approach
My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, organizational development, creative strategy, neuroscience-informed leadership work, and emotional/relational intelligence training.
I originally came into this work through the world of yoga and teacher training, where I discovered something unexpected: people were not only learning how to teach - they were learning how to speak clearly in front of groups, organize and communicate ideas, regulate themselves under pressure, develop confidence and authority, and lead others authentically.
Over time, that work evolved into executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting for founders, executives, creative leaders, and teams navigating growth, complexity, and transition.
Today, I help ambitious people strengthen the way they lead, communicate, make decisions, and show up professionally - without sacrificing who they are in the process.
This work is collaborative, adaptive, and designed to meet people where they are. Sessions create enough space for meaningful strategic and personal work to happen, rather than surface-level accountability or quick tactical fixes.
Sessions typically range from 50–90 minutes, with flexible scheduling available, including evenings. Virtual sessions are available worldwide.

High-capacity women navigating leadership and visibility
This work is designed for leaders who carry a lot.
Many of the people I work with are operating in fast-moving, intellectually demanding environments where the work itself is emotionally dense, relationally complex, and high pressure. On paper, they are successful - but internally they often feel stretched, overextended, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted by the weight of what they are holding.
This coaching is especially supportive for people who:
Lead well operationally but struggle socially or relationally
Want to communicate with more confidence, clarity, and authority
Are navigating burnout, anxiety, visibility pressure, or decision fatigue
Want leadership support that is both emotionally intelligent and strategically grounded
Crave depth, self-awareness, and sustainable growth rather than performance or productivity theater
Most do not need more surface-level productivity hacks. They need a space to strengthen:
Executive presence
Emotional intelligence
Communication
Relational leadership
Nervous system regulation under pressure
Strategic decision-making
Sustainable leadership practices
This is leadership development rooted in both strategy and self-awareness - designed to help ambitious people lead more effectively without sacrificing themselves in the process.
The Goal
not to become louder.
not to become more performative.
not to become someone else entirely.
The goal is to help you:
Trust yourself in the room
Communicate with clarity
Lead with steadiness
Build relational confidence
Expand your capacity without abandoning yourself
ready for what’s next?
If you’re interested in working together, I’d love to learn more about you, your work, and what you’re navigating right now.
The best way to begin is with an initial conversation where we can explore what is feeling most present in your leadership, career, or life at this stage - and whether this work feels aligned for where you are headed next.
This process is intentionally collaborative and relational. The goal is not to fit you into a rigid framework, but to create support that is thoughtful, strategic, and responsive to what you actually need.
If it feels like a fit, we can discuss next steps, structure, and what working together could look like moving forward.
