An Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach with a track record spanning over a decade, she blends strategy and empathy to turn vision into measurable results. Known for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions, Allie’s work helps teams thrive and occasionally even enjoy the process.

Chief of Staff
Caitlin Cocco is the Chief of Staff at ALGN, where she blends her background in visual art and design with her expertise in project leadership and team development. She brings creativity, exceptional organizational acumen, strategic coordination, and a keen eye for detail to ensure every initiative reflects ALGN’s values and delivers purposeful results.
Cocco is also currently a Professor of Art at Rowan University.
